Why TRUE:
Mental health is deeply personal to me. It’s something I’ve grown through, struggled with, and continue to better understand every day. My journey has shaped my passion for advocacy and my desire to be part of spaces like TRUE Center—spaces that actively work to break the stigma and bring healing to our communities.I want to help create the kind of opportunities and support for others—especially children and families—that I wish I had. Being part of this change means not just showing up, but building something meaningful and lasting for those who need it most.
